## Build around the way your Fanvue team works

Connect Fanvue conversations, subscriber data, earnings and events to the tools your developers build for creators and agencies.

- **Messaging workflows** — Read chat history and send messages from your own inbox or support tools.
- **Subscriber visibility** — Track subscription status, auto-renew settings and subscription end dates.
- **Earnings reporting** — Bring earnings summaries and top-spender insights into your reporting workflow.
- **Event-driven actions** — Use Fanvue webhooks to react to account, subscription and payment events.

## Connect the click. Send the signal back.

Link your campaign to Fanvue and send conversion events back to your ad platform.

- **Meta** — Connect Facebook and Instagram campaign clicks through `fbclid` and send configured Purchase events with value to Meta Pixel through the Conversions API.

## Find subscribers before their subscriptions lapse

Find subscriptions ending in the next seven days with auto-renew turned off. Review the fans who match and prepare a follow-up in your own workflow.

### Expiry window

Highlight upcoming subscription end dates in a seven-day window.

### Review queue

Select a sample fan to preview a follow-up draft. This demo does not send real messages.

### Rule → draft

Match an expiry rule and prepare a draft for your team to review.

### Personal follow-up

Use the fan’s name and expiry date to make each follow-up personal.

## Fanvue API: frequently asked questions

Account connection, messaging, subscriber follow-up and integration setup.

### How do I get access to the Fanvue API?

Fanvue access is rolling out team by team through Fans API. Email hello@fansapi.com to request access. Once enabled, the Fanvue tab appears in your dashboard and Fanvue API routes become available.

### How do I connect a Fanvue creator account?

Open the Fanvue tab on the Accounts page in your Fans API dashboard and sign in to Fanvue in the browser. Then use List Accounts to retrieve the connected account ID for your API requests.

### Can I read and send Fanvue messages?

Yes. You can list chats, retrieve chat message history and send messages for a connected Fanvue account. Use these endpoints to build a shared inbox, response tools or a follow-up workflow in your own application.

### How can I find Fanvue subscriptions that are about to expire?

Use List Expiring Subscribers to find subscriptions with auto-renew turned off that end within your chosen window. The default is seven days; you can request one to 90 days. Results are sorted by the earliest subscription end date.

### Does sending a follow-up automatically renew a subscription?

No. Your application can use subscriber data to prepare and send a follow-up, but sending a message does not itself renew a subscription. The interactive example on this page uses sample data to illustrate a possible workflow.

### Does the Fanvue integration support webhooks?

Yes, for teams with Fanvue enabled. Fanvue webhook events include account connections, subscription activity and successful payments. Their event names use the fanvue. prefix so your application can distinguish them from events on other platforms.

### Can I use Fanvue with AI agents through MCP?

Yes. Fanvue endpoints are also available as MCP tools, including chats, subscribers, expiring subscriptions and earnings. Your team needs Fanvue access and a connected creator account. Account connection still happens in the browser.

### How are Fanvue API requests billed?

Fanvue uses your existing Fans API key and credit balance. Credit usage depends on the endpoint; scanning expiring subscribers can involve multiple upstream requests. Check the endpoint documentation and your plan before building a high-volume workflow.
