We capture every match key.

Their own “Direct Links” page says their redirect hop “captures the match keys… all without a visible page.” So either redirects can do it, or their product can't. Pick one.

  1. 16 June.
    16 June. First, a little account admin. We checked an inactive subscription, and Tom pointed us to the email he was using instead. Yes, the people warning you about our API have an account of their own.
  2. 23 June.
    23 June. Tom wants a call that afternoon. No problem. Funny how the people behind a supposedly useless product are exactly the people he wants on the phone.
  3. 23 June.
    23 June. Same afternoon, now with three Meet links in the chat. Martin hasn't received an invite, so Tom sends one over. Plenty of effort to get time with the team they later tell you to avoid.
  4. After the call.
    After the call. Here's Tom after a call: "I'll take a look at the smart links and see how I can integrate them into the SaaS, thank you." Later, those same Smart Links become "a trap" in their comparison. Good enough to build on. Suddenly terrible when you can buy them directly.
  5. "3pm as always."
    "3pm as always." "3pm as always is good for us." As always. These weren't strangers taking a guess at our product. We had regular calls. Keep that in mind when you read their comparison.
  6. Domain warnings.
    Domain warnings. Domain warnings? Martin tells him to change the referrer and fingerprint. Tom's reply: "I'm gonna think at that." That's our advice, in their support chat, in plain sight.
  7. 25 and 27 July.
    25 and 27 July. On 25 July, Martin confirms a fix and runs the tests. Two days later, Tom sends a creator's failed Face ID verification and asks us to check it. Their login problem lands in our inbox. Again.
  8. 1 August, midnight.
    1 August, midnight. Midnight, and we're helping connect their client's creator. By 12:03, Tom says it worked. A minute later: "gg & thank you martin." Remember the "developer on payroll" line? When they need one, they know who to message.

We helped them get set up and kept answering when they needed us. Then they published a comparison telling you our product doesn't work, while selling a product built on it at 43× the price at entry. Apparently it works fine when they're the ones selling it.
